Jennifer Church is the Market Center Administrator (MCA) of KW Prestige. She is responsible for the general operations of the real estate office and the financial responsibilities, including processing earnest money and commissions.

Prior to joining KW Prestige, she was President of Milmark Hotel/Motel Investments, LLC - a full-service hospitality real estate investment and consulting firm. She was the Hotel Brokers International (HBI) member serving Wisconsin, Illinois, and Minnesota..HBI is the industry’s leading hotel real estate sales organization. Jennifer was the only woman in the organization’s 60-year history to serve two terms as president.

During her sixteen years in hospitality real estate sales, Jennifer was recognized for outstanding hotel sales performance. She was named Rookie of the Year her first year and repeatedly earned the Top Sales Producer award in her region. When she earned designation as a Certified Hotel Broker (CHB), she was awarded three of the four top honors in her CHB class; earning awards for the “Best Written Listing Proposal,” “Best Written Marketing Proposal,” and “Best Verbal Listing Proposal.”

Jennifer Church received her undergraduate degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management at the University of Wisconsin - Stout and earned her Master’s in Public Administration with a Finance concentration from the University of Northern Michigan.
